  • $15 – 1 - 6’ table only – No canopies. large umbrella acceptable.  The tables will be under the shade.  Tables are limited so please bring your own.

  • September - Renaissance Faire - Costume Contest, Booth Decorating/Costume Contest
  • October - Halloween - Trick or treating at booths, Costume Contest, Booth Decorating/Costume Contest

Vendor Responsibilities:

  • Set-ups - Canopies, chairs, tables, displays, weighted tie-downs for canopies (especially if the wind picks up). These items are not provided.
  • Payments - Cash, Change, and a Credit Card Reader is Highly recommended. Neatos Elements Can Not accept payments on your behalf for your items.
  • Licensing - Sales tax ID number, food handlers, etc.

Important Information:

  • Please do not drive on the grass.
  • Set up is from 8 am-10 am. Please check in with Neatos Elements before setting up.
  • Take down is at 6 pm. The square must be cleared out by 7 pm.
  • Vendor Fees are non-refundable.
  • The event will be held Rain or Shine.
  • There will be 4 feet between each vendor for the walk-around room.
  • Your booth will be on the grass.
  • Booths must be 3 feet away from the sidewalk to cut down on congestions.
  • This is a family event.  No vulgar displays of any kind.
  • The West side of the Square parking lot can be used for unloading, but please do not park there, it is for food trucks only.
