    Neatos Elements is an official Amazon Hub return location.

    If your Amazon return label lists our store, you can bring your item directly to us during business hours — no appointment or call needed.

    • 95% of ALL Amazon QR Code Returns
    • Any Amazon return that specifically directs you to Neatos Elements
    • All “no‑box, no‑label” QR code returns. We take care of the packaging.
    • Pre‑labeled UPS packages (see note below)

    • Only we can scan our specific QR code.
      If your QR code is assigned to Neatos Elements, it must be scanned here — no other location can accept it.
    • If Amazon requires you to print a label:
      You must take that package to a UPS Center if you need a receipt or immediate scan.
    • Pre‑labeled UPS packages:
      We cannot scan or provide a receipt for these.
      However, we will keep them safe and supervised until UPS picks them up.

      We do not process Amazon refunds or exchanges.

Nita, the founder and maker, has spent two decades studying natural wellness, herbalism, energy work, and product formulation. For the last 10 years, she has been actively running and growing her business — first from home, and now in a thriving brick‑and‑mortar storefront in Virden, Illinois.
