At the time, I was working as both a massage therapist and an aromatherapist, and I understood that true herbal benefit comes from the plants themselves, not from heavy essential‑oil use. I wanted something gentle, natural, and skin‑friendly — something that relied on whole herbs rather than concentrated oils that can become too harsh with repeated exposure.
But the deeper roots of this product line come from my family.
My dad was a Vietnam veteran who suffered from severe, long-lasting migraines. To stay functional, he was placed on a strict medication regimen. Because he couldn’t use cannabis, I wanted to find another way to support him — something natural, comforting, and easy to use. When we moved him from Oklahoma to California, his medication changed and he was in extreme discomfort. That’s when I became determined to figure out how to infuse herbs into everyday products like shampoo and soap, hoping to give him something gentle that might help him feel a little more at ease.
Around that same time, I was dealing with my own challenges — including a torn L3 and L4. After six months in a back brace and feeling like traditional approaches weren’t giving me what I needed, I turned toward more holistic options.
