Live Sale Rules

Rules for Lives Sales or Story Sales.

Bidding:

Bidding during a live sale or story sale you are entering a Legal and Binding contract from buyer to Elements. Put-backs or Unpaid items could result in a suspension or banning from our live sales. 

• You must Register with us.
• Sales can be chaotic.  Please say Claim, Sold, Gimme, Mine, Put in me Buckie - plus the corresponding Letter/Number to Claim. 
• The first person to claim the items during Open Claim Wins.
• Remember your claim will always show first in your feed, however, it is the first person in Elements feed that Wins.

Invoicing from Live Sale Events:

All registered customers are emailed their invoices.

• Invoices are Due Upon Receipt.  
• All unclaimed and unpaid buckies are deleted after 3 days.
• Invoices are posted 24 hours after each Live Sales Event.
• Can't find your email - Search our website for your screen name 24 hours after your claim.
• Then simply check out with your listing on our website.
• You can combine on shipping.  Read Open Buckie Policy.

Open Buckie Policy:

At Elements we are happy to hold your Paid items for up to 2 weeks to save you on shipping. Please email us at admin@neatoselements.com to hold your buckie, once your buckie is held you will need to email us if you want your order before the 2 weeks is up. 

• You Must Email us to Hold your items otherwise they will ship on the next shipping date.  admin@neatoselements.com
• If you order and your package has not shipped we will combine your orders.
• Domestic USPS Priority shipping is a Flat Rate $10.

***If you already have paid for shipping and are adding to your open buckie, just select In-Store pickup at check out.  Check your back office to see if your items say fulfilled or unfulfilled to determine if your buckie is still open or it has shipped.  Please pay shipping on all New Orders.

• International Orders - Elements will hold your items until you hit your weight parameter - you may receive a separate invoice for shipping.

Payments:

Elements accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.  You can also pay your amount due by Venmo or CashApp, simply choose alternative payment at check out, then make sure to make your payment by means of Cashapp or Venmo within 24 hours or risk your order being deleted.  *Please Include your Invoice/order #.

Shipping:

We ship out Tuesdays - Fridays Only by USPS. You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number, sent to your email address on file.  Shipping can take 7 to 10 business days if you are not a Prepay Order.  All Prepaid orders usually ship in 48 hours unless you have choose to hold and combine your orders to save on shipping.  (What is a prepay order?  if we have to email you your invoice then your are not a prepay.) Prepaid Orders take Shipping Priority. Your items are insured and packaged with care.  In the event your items get damaged in transit please notify us within 72 hours, We will require photos for any claims.

• It can take up to 7 Days to make it through shipping once it has been added to shipping production if you were invoiced and paid after your items were chosen for you.
• All prepaid orders ship usually within 48 hours.
• Please, we are not Amazon, we are Small Business with Limited Staffing, We are working non stop to get you your items out in a timely manner.  Please be patient. 
• Weather can delay shipping production.
• In the event your items get damaged in transit please notify us within 72 hours. We will require photos for any claims. admin@neatoselements.com

Mailing Address:

It is extremely important to keep your delivery address and information up to date in your back office on our website.  Any and All wrong information that is loaded from your back office is not the responsibility of Elements and could result in loss of merchandise.
