Refund policy
POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
Shipping and Handling: Flat Rate Domestic USPS Shipping $10.
- Free Local Pickup/Delivery.
- International shipping is available.
- items are shipped out within 20 business days. Not including Saturday or Sunday.
- These times will change in the event of a Viral listing.
- In the event of a Viral video or listing. The listing will be marked as such and will have estimated shipping times on the listing itself and will not conform to our regular shipping times.
- All viral listings are subject to a 60-business-day waiting time.
- All arrival times vary from 2 to 14 business days after processing with a tracking number.
- We ship Tuesdays - Fridays Only.
- Tracking numbers are emailed when available and/or available in your back office.
- If at any point in time, your items are returned to our location. You will be emailed to confirm your mailing address so we can resubmit your order to the Postal Service and send it back out for re-delivery. That usually happens within 48 hours of receiving the package back to us.
- If, in two weeks, you have not received your order after you have received a tracking number please contact us immediately, for you may need to file a claim with the Postal Service.
- Handcrafted, Custom Printed, Promotional, Custom made, or made-to-order items can take up to 20 business days to ship.
- We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Visa, Discover, or Mastercard Payments.
- There is a $30 return payment fee.
- American Express Not Accepted.
- Easy custom ordering and bulk orders are available by Email.

- Trademarked and/or Copyrighted material is backed by licensing. Any and All unlawful use of any images trademarks, or any other information is subject to prosecution under copyright infringement laws
Returns, Cancellation, and Exchanges:
- If you file a chargeback this WILL result in a buyer's ban.
- In the event that a Refund or Exchange is needed, Please email Neato's Elements within 30 DAYS and prior to returning an item. You must receive an RA# otherwise your return may be rejected. admin@neatoselements.com
- Report any defects, damage, or missing items within 48 hours of receipt of the order so we can help rectify and/or credit your account. admin@neatoselements.com
- All returns must include the original retail packaging and accessories. Free items should not be included in the return.
- Returned merchandise must be in brand-new condition (never worn, opened, unwashed, and cannot be altered in any way) and must be postmarked within 30 days from the delivery date.
- All refunds will be applied back to the original form of payment, within 3 weeks after acceptance of the returned item.
- All returns will be processed through inspection.
- If the return does not comply with our policy and agreement, the return will be rejected.
- We accept cancellations as long as your item has not shipped and a tracking number has not been assigned. There is a 25% cancellation fee.
- We do offer returns and exchanges on most items, however: Custom Made, Promotional Items, Clearance Items, Discounted Items, used Bath and Body Products, Clearance Items, worn apparel are Non Refundable or Exchangeable.
- There is no refund on return shipping charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to Neatos Elements 216 East Jackson Street, Virden Il. 62690.
Crystals and Salts:
- Only Genuine crystals, salt, and stones are used in all handcrafted items (unless otherwise stated).
- Crystals and Salts are bought and sold from/by Genuine Crystal and Salt Dealers and are hand-picked.
- Stand-alone Crystals and Salts, polished and raw, come in various shapes and sizes.
- Most pieces are priced by weight so they are 1 of a kind, When checking out keep this in mind and pick the crystal that calls to you the most.
- Please, read each item’s full description for their purposes and properties.
- Crystals vibrate and have their own personalities. Take care of them and they will take care of you.
- All items come cleansed, charged, and ready for use.
